• A place where the under-served are positioned to become a success story.
• A place where the under-served feel like privileged individuals by receiving the opportunity to change and grow with family networks.
• A place where hands on experiences is a lifestyle.
• A place where fitness, Football, Basketball, Tennis etc., is a Necessity.
• A place where it takes this Village to help raise a child.
• A One Stop Shop where you can be educated, healthy, rehabilitate, relax, profit/network, learn a skill, eat at a 5 Star Restaurant, shop, play games & where you can find the connection to the community…all in one building.

ELIZABETH MCKELVEY BAILEY MCDANIEL EMPOWERMENT ‘HELP' CENTERS OF AMERICA 

The B.A.S.H. Life-Help Centers will provide resources to create the opportunity for positive change. This Center will take ownership in saying that this “village” will raise a child while creating a more productive community!

Giving 100% of one’s Time, Trust, Talent, Treasure & Teams to Serve All. 

II. History 

The visionary, Mr. Joseph Bailey, has good reason to believe that “Belief with Action Serves Humanity” (B.A.S.H.). He has sacrificed and has gone through the struggle of being a top-notch Humanitarian, successful basketball star, top auto salesman in the Country on the way to ownership, to being friendless, hopeless & arrested with major charges (all dropped after he passed his Horrific Tests) on his Pursuit to Happiness for the State of SC, onto the Nation, to directly Change the World!

Mr. Bailey had to sacrifice his luxury lifestyle he has earned through his success, give away financial security, burdened a great marriage, and had to take major “Blows” to his Respected Name (Bailey) on the path to provide opportunities for the under-served, where he knew just finishing what God Almighty started, thousands would be Blessed, so he sacrificed it all!

He did all of this because he understood his purpose, which is to be a liaison to those that don’t have a voice. At this point, it is his responsibility to make sure that he helps the people in need to make sure that all that he did was not in vain. As a result, through believing in God and trusting the promises of God, Mr. Bailey has proved to be a success story to all. He says, “a better day in our community falls on my hands because I’ve been on both sides, I have life lessons & wisdom to share, but most of all, I have the Faith, Courage & the Godly Vision/Structure to See it through…It’s Up To Me”!

Although the B.A.S.H. Hope Center is a major undertaking, Bailey’s is simply an extension of what his parents have been doing for 50+ years. His mother made similar sacrifices to help people in need. They took people in, built homes for the homeless, and helped to create opportunities for the under-served by providing jobs, homes & hope. Mr. Bailey’s mother is the proud founder of the only FREE Full-Service Daycare Center growing up. Opened to help poor/challenged families and communities work--without the stress of childcare feels. All while we teach and care for their loved ones.

Now, Mr. Bailey has everything in its rightful place and has the support of the people like never before to accomplish his heart’s desire; to reach the under-served better than ever, by providing resources and opportunity.

The B.AS.H. Hope/Help Center has been in the making for over 20 years and now it is coming to pass. Its Vision & Passion has come from the depths of Mr. Bailey’s heart. Now after standing tall for 20 years on this same path, God has granted many doors to open for Bailey’s B.A.S.H. Hope Center of St. Stephen; most importantly, by producing an experienced team to carry out this Passion- with B.A.S.H., Nationally.

• Belief with Action Serves Humanity (B.A.S.H.) and Bailey Media Group was born out of a young man's desire and God-given vision to turn his mother's more than 50-year-old legacy into a global phenomenon to Change the World.
• Right outside of Charleston, SC, Saint Stephen, SC, was a place of humble beginnings for the B.A.S.H. Founder and CEO, Joseph L. Bailey, who learned from his mother, Elizabeth Bailey-McDaniel, a community activist, who changed the lives of people in a seemingly hapless and hopeless environment of this small town in the rural South. His mother saw the need for and the opportunity to change the community for the better. She addressed economic problems in her community by becoming the catalyst that brought together the person with the need and the person with the resource, for the mutual benefit of the whole community. These acts of reciprocity, which blended humanitarianism and economic principles, resulted in a more vibrant community. 

This concept has multiplied on an International scale, on path to World Change. 

Joseph L. Bailey has been fervent in his nineteen-year effort, (despite the political system set up to destroy African American Leaders, with a Dream of a better day) which has garnered him the International support of Movement Members, and in 2010, recognition by the Senate of the State of South Carolina for his dedication, hard work, and continued mission for the betterment of humanity. 

Thanks to this inspiration, its sells have been spread all over the world (50 States, 10 Countries, and Counting), to make sure EVERYONE is afforded with the opportunity to a live a free, productive life of purpose through the system God gave his mother decades earlier, that Mr. Bailey is charged to move forward.

• Change the Mind Set of an entire State by proving that anything is possible by taking part in the History of a New Day, daily.
• Citizens would be empowered to help someone else along the way.
• Its Platforms will generate millions of dollars to put back into the community where it is needed most (Hopeless, Homeless, And Hungry).

IV. Purpose: 

Address and Solve Community, Health, Wealth, Social, Financial, and Political Challenges of Life.

Major Community/USA Problem 

Limited resources for the underserved: Uneducated & Hopeless Children, Incarcerated Citizens, The Homeless, Drug Dealers, Users/All Criminals.

Most Problems that “Destroy” the Universe come from the Under Served:

• Ones Living in Poverty 
• All Levels of Crime…Incarcerations Prostitution
• Hopeless & Uneducated Citizens Aids and other Diseases
• Drug Dealers & Users Homeless Citizens

The major community problem is limited resources for the under-served. There are not enough services set up in National Communities (especially St. Stephen, SC) to meet the needs of the under-served! 

They have little or no options, so this creates more crimes and challenges to society! These situations often set them up for a life of hopelessness: criminal records, no jobs; on drugs, limited rehabilitation facilities; incarcerated parents and/or other family members and limited resources. Therefore, they continue doing what they need to do to survive. This always leads to Negative Challenges and Results, not just for their families, yet for our communities!

The funding and building of The B.A.S.H. Hope Centers will provide the multitude of critical services to create solutions to these daily problems! The B.A.S.H. Hope Centers believes that if more opportunities present itself in communities throughout the universe, more people will change for those Opportunities, Directly Changing the Communities we Live. Our purpose is to close this gap.

The B.A.S.H. Hope Center will be the ultimate RESOURCE CENTER for all people, while specializing in the care of the UNDER SERVED! Through this RESOURCE CENTER, we will use our resources to connect the less fortunate by creating opportunities for them to improve their lives. This unity will create a measurable difference in our society that will also satisfy our Mission.

Goal: Secure a better tomorrow for our youth and demise anything impartial. 

V. Benefits

The EMBM-B.A.S.H. Hope Centers will partner with the local school districts and families to build a supportive learning environment. We have been building networks of empowered parents and students through mentoring programs to support the school system and the community they live in for past 2 decades. We are currently working with local non-profit agencies to assist those who want to continue their education and need assistance. The B.A.S.H. Hope Centers are partnering with local business owners that are hiring qualified citizens with a criminal background. 

Bailey Media Group & Destined to Succeed (501c3 Non-Profit) has been proposing work with Trident Medical Center, MUSC, Roper, and other local hospitals. We have used this platform to assist with notifying the community of health fairs held in and around the State of SC. We will continue through the B.A.S.H. Hope Center, which will provide free health care. Our foundation will help in making referrals to local health and human resources. Bailey Media Group & Destined to Succeed is working with the local HUD office, local shelters, and Habitat for Humanity, to help those who are homeless. Our goals are to build a community for those citizens that have successfully rehabilitated! Bailey Media Group & Destined to Succeed is working with the local county jails to help provide options for inmates’ reentry to society through the implementation of the work release program. In addition, we are organizing our efforts to rehabilitate the Criminal Mind by giving them more options; “Dreams to Businesses to Rehabilitation”!

In a nutshell, the Great Resources that we have on this Great Earth will be under one roof! The average business or service nationwide or local will be at our communities’ fingertips. In addition to all of the services, resources and opportunities this Dream Center will provide, we will add its Inspiration & Vision to bridge the gap between Children/Students, Teachers, Parents, Sports, Faith, & the Community. We believe this is the most important asset to create a stronger society, stronger family life at home, profitable business & success in the school system. From Pre School to Middle School, to High School, to College/Grad School, to Leader!

Our family network made commitments to rebuild national communities through the Resources & Opportunities we create through B.A.S.H., while inspiring National People of Influence to Support. They will be the Draw to our States issues & Fundraising Goals. Our partnership will help to reach our goals quicker, while building an even stronger covering for our foundation and communities future!

VII. Conclusion

The BASH Hope Centers will be the place that will take a new approach to old problems...Its own “Village to Build the Community”! The foundation of the project has been established, laid out, and worked to perfection so that it can begin the process of changing lives as soon as it is opened. It comes from a 60-year-old Vision to Serve & Results to Prove the Structure works.

With all the obstacles going on in the world, and with the economic problems being so prevalent, this is the best time to establish this Center of Hope. People NEED help and the BASH Hope Center has the perfect solution – house all vital elements of change in ONE place, for all people to be able to reach its inspiration from their vantage points, where they can empower themselves directly, 24-7! Mr. Bailey believes to establish something that is one-of-a kind will open so many eyes and draw people to this Center of Hope from all regions of this World, onto a much better day.

23rd Anniversary / UNITY B.A.S.H. / November 15, 2025

Our goal is to have the Land and its Plan of Actions (to begin Building of 200 Centers) approved and in Action through 200 USA cities during the B.A.S.H.'s 22nd Anniversary & Campaign to Rebuild America. 

July 15th, 2025 through January 15th, 2026. Onto 200 Empowerment Help Centers in the USA, in 6 Months. Onto 200 Event Help Centers, abroad. 

Therefore, everyone, everywhere will have an opportunity to succeed in life with the tools to carry it out!
